The primary focus for this pie-shaped lot configuration was a single, off-set vaulted gabled roof, partially covering a large outdoor deck. Strategically placed windows to maximize view points to the ocean and a large 16’ sliding door to access the deck and private views of the neighbouring park. Another feature is the 2x2 vertical cedar batts that cover the entire base of the structure, with Shou Sugi Ban vertical siding above and standing seam metal roof to top the elegant, yet masculine features.
